Fees
 

There is an initial consultation fee, and a monthly fee thereafter if you decide to proceed with treatment. Most of our services are subscription-based and each course will last a total of 3 months.  You may use any insurance for any lab testing. Since compounded medications are generally not covered by insurance, they will need to be paid for at the time they are ordered. The cost will vary based on the medication and the dosage. Though we do not bill insurance or do prior authorizations, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance if you would like.
We accept HSA/FSA. It is the responsibility of the patient to know if your plan covers these services. We can provide any invoicing that your plan may require for reimbursement.

NO SHOW POLICY-IF YOU NO SHOW FOR YOU INITIAL CONSULT OR FOR YOUR FIRST PROGRAM APPOINTMENT, A $50 BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SCHEDULED AGAIN
